Students at the Faculty of Engineering have access to the following exchange programs:
FAU partner universities that are open to all FAU students – provided the required degree program can be studied at the host university. You can find all information on the FAU direct exchange programs website.
Students from the Faculty of Engineering can apply for an exchange semester at partner universities in the following countries.

Partner universities of the Faculty of Engineering
Students enrolled in the International Production Engineering and Management and Industrial Engineering programs can also apply to FAU WiSo partner universities. Applications and advising are handled by the WiSo International Office.
Students from other faculties can apply to the Faculty of Engineering for any places that may still be available.

Studying abroad as a freemover means that you are not participating in an FAU exchange program, but are applying independently to a university abroad for a study visit. Further information can be found on the Free Movers website.
