Anonymous reporting of discrimination and everyday experiences
We want to promote respectful and appreciative cooperation at our faculty. This also includes drawing attention to the often overlooked “small” forms of discrimination. For example, when mixed seminar groups are addressed exclusively with “Good morning, gentlemen.”
With this anonymous form, we offer you the opportunity to report such incidents in an uncomplicated and confidential manner. Your contribution helps us to raise awareness of everyday discrimination and to develop targeted measures to improve the social climate.
Please also share positive experiences!
We would also be delighted to hear about successful, appreciative behavior or examples of best practice from university life. Positive experiences show how respectful interaction can succeed and can serve as role models for others.
