Promoting equality between women and men and implementing gender mainstreaming are key cross-cutting tasks at FAU. The implementation and monitoring of equality practices is ensured by the work of the women’s representatives in all central committees and commissions. Particular attention is paid to promoting young female researchers and increasing the proportion of women in academic qualification levels where they are underrepresented.
