Diversity-Sensitive Teaching
How can teaching in engineering become more inclusive? As classrooms at universities become increasingly diverse, questions of participation, representation, and inclusive learning environments are gaining importance in higher education.
The networking event “Diversity-Sensitive Teaching” – in the framework of PeopleInScience@TF – invites students and lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering to come together and exchange perspectives on diversity senstive teaching practices in MINT disciplines. The event provides a space to reflect on how diversity – including gender, international perspectives, and different educational backgrounds – shapes experiences in the classroom and how teaching practices can respond to these differences.
Join us to share insights, challenge assumptions, and co-create more inclusive teaching approaches that support every learner.
