(Future) Mothers in Science - Balancing the Care Concentration Gap
Dear female students, dear female scientists,
Are you struggling with the question of becoming a mother and remaining a scientist, or are you already a mother and having difficulties with childcare, concentration and writing your scientific papers?

Join us on Sept 15th for a Keynote Speech by Dr. Wiebke Vogelaar on “The Care Concentration Gap – Why Mothers Struggle to Focus And What That Means for Their Academic Career”
Afterwards, participate in the panel discussion on “Taking Care of Everything? Rethinking Gendered Expectations And Mothers‘ Role in Academia” with Dr. Wiebke Vogelaar and her guests Prof. Dr.-Ing. Silvia Budday, Dr. Katrin Drasch, Dr. rer. nat. Sabine Thürauf and Sheethal Bhat.
