DESCRIPTION:What is my diversity concept? Find your own position on ge
 nder and diversity issues Please describe your concept of gender in a 
 few words! More and more researchers are confronted with this request\
 , not only when applying for a position\, but also when applying for t
 hird-party funding. Quite a few researchers are unsure about which asp
 ects belong to a &#8220\;gender concept&#8221\;. In many cases\, it is
  not gender competence that they lack\, but rather experience in formu
 lating and systematising it. The workshop aims to support researchers 
 in reflecting on their own competence in dealing with heterogeneity\, 
 especially in dealing with gender. On the other hand\, the workshop wi
 ll discuss which areas of everyday research and teaching could be orga
 nised differently in the future in order to live more gender competenc
 e. Finally\, the workshop will focus on how one&#8217\;s own gender co
 mpetence can be formulated in a written gender concept. Concrete conte

 e to be influenced by diversity dimensions (gender\, physical and ment
 al health\, origin\, age\, social status\, etc.). It is clear that soc
 iety and the education sector are not yet sufficiently successful in p
 roviding equal educational opportunities in all areas of learning. How
 ever\, the role of education is to enable all pupils to reach their fu
 ll potential. To make this possible\, didactic frameworks are needed t
 hat also consider diversity as a cross-cutting issue in the examinatio

DESCRIPTION:In heterogeneous working groups\, conflicts often arise un
 intentionally\, which\, if left unresolved\, can have a negative impac
 t on the working atmosphere and develop unchecked into concrete harass
 ment structures. This workshop will give participants the opportunity 
 to think about concrete strategies to avoid sexual harassment in the t
 eam and in the classroom\, and how to react if sexist behaviour occurs
 . In addition to input from the trainer\, the programme includes peer-
 to-peer exchange and individual transfer to one&#8217\;s own teaching.
