DESCRIPTION:Please describe your concept of gender in a few words! Mor
 e and more researchers are confronted with this request\, not only whe
 n applying for a position\, but also when applying for third-party fun
 ding. Quite a few researchers are unsure about which aspects belong to
  a &#8220\;gender concept&#8221\;. In many cases\, it is not gender co
 mpetence that they lack\, but rather experience in formulating and sys
 tematising it. The workshop aims to support researchers in reflecting 
 on their own competence in dealing with heterogeneity\, especially in 
 dealing with gender. On the other hand\, the workshop will discuss whi
 ch areas of everyday research and teaching could be organised differen
 tly in the future in order to live more gender competence. Finally\, t
 he workshop will focus on how one&#8217\;s own gender competence can b
 e formulated in a written gender concept. Concrete contents: Component

 l subject-related gender concept If you would like to obtain 5 AE in t
 he Area A (Teaching/learning concepts) for the certificate Hochschulle
